Nigeria’s Super Falcons will begin preparations for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Casablanca on Monday.
Head coach Justine Madugu has named a 25-player squad for the tournament, with all invited players expected to arrive in camp as preparations get underway.
The team will later move to Rabat, the venue for their group stage matches, just before the competition begins.
Nigeria, the defending champion, has been drawn in Group C alongside Malawi, Zambia, and Egypt. The Falcons will open their campaign against Malawi at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on August 28.
The nine-time African champions are aiming to extend their dominance by securing a record 11th WAFCON title in Morocco.
