Zenith Women’s Basketball League Kicks Off in Lagos

Nigeria’s premier women’s basketball event, the 2025 Zenith Women’s Basketball Premier League, is set to kick off at the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos, from September 15 to 20. Organized by the Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF), the league brings together eight top teams from the Atlantic and Savannah conferences, competing for top honors, national pride, and a chance to represent Nigeria on the continental stage.

Groupings and Fixtures
The teams are divided into two groups:
Group A

• First Bank Basketball (Lagos)
• Air Warriors (Abuja)
• Royal Aces (Abuja)
• Bayelsa Blue Whales (Yenagoa)

Group B

• Titans (Abuja)
• MFM Basketball (Lagos)
• Dolphins (Lagos)
• Nigeria Customs (Abuja)
