Vista Bank Group has launched Vista Bank France, its first banking operation outside Africa, as part of efforts to strengthen financial and trade links between Africa and Europe. The announcement was made on the sidelines of the 2026 IMF and World Bank Group Annual Meetings in Bangkok, Thailand.

The new establishment is expected to help African businesses access international markets, capital and investment opportunities while supporting cross-border trade and expansion into Europe.
Vista Bank Group Chairman, Simon Tiemtoré, described the launch as a major step towards building a Pan-African banking group with a global presence.
Vista Bank France will provide trade finance, corporate and correspondent banking, foreign exchange, treasury management, factoring and advisory services.
The group said the expansion would strengthen its ability to support African companies seeking international partnerships, investment and business growth.
