Super Falcons defender Jumoke Alani has completed a move to Turkish club Yüksekova Spor Kulübü from Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL) side Nasarawa Amazons.
The 21-year-old center-back has signed a one-year contract with the Turkish outfit, beginning a new chapter in her career in Europe.
Alani rose through the ranks of Nigerian women’s football, featuring for Edo Queens before joining Nasarawa Amazons. She was also named in the NWFL Team of the Season for the 2025/26 campaign.
At international level, Alani has represented Nigeria at the U-20 level and earned a call-up to the Super Falcons. She was included in Nigeria’s squad for the 2024 Olympic qualifiers after being drafted into the team following Ashleigh Plumptre’s injury.
The transfer makes Alani the latest Nigerian women’s footballer to take her career to Europe.
