Popular reality TV star and actress Bisola Aiyeola has revealed that she no longer takes on other people’s conflicts after past experiences left her sidelined.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Dear Ife podcast, Aiyeola said she used to “inherit” the disputes of friends, colleagues, and loved ones, often without hearing both sides. However, she stopped the practice after one incident where the people involved reconciled, leaving her as the outsider.
The actress explained that while she does not expect others to take on her personal conflicts, she believes certain boundaries should exist in close relationships. She noted that she would find it unacceptable for a close friend to maintain ties with or date her ex-partner.
Aiyeola added that her perspective on loyalty has evolved, emphasizing the importance of staying out of disputes that are not directly hers.
