The Kano State Government has directed business owners, horse stable operators, and other occupants of the Race Course to submit their operating permits for verification.
The directive was issued by the Kano State Sports Commission, which gave the affected individuals and organizations until Friday, November 13, 2026, to present the required documents.
In a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Ashiru Rabiu Gidan Tudu, the Commission said the exercise was aimed at verifying authorized occupants, updating records, and improving the management of the facility.
It warned that occupants who fail to submit their permits within the deadline would face appropriate legal action.
