Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has called out fellow artist Terry G for a celebrity boxing fight, saying the bout could help revive the veteran’s career.
Portable made the statement during an interview on Rubbin’ Minds on Channels Television, where he was asked which celebrity he would like to face next. He responded that Terry G is his preferred opponent, insisting a one-on-one boxing match would bring the singer back into the spotlight.

Portable is no stranger to Nigeria’s growing celebrity boxing scene. He has previously fought entertainers such as Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington and more recently lost to Carter Efe in a high-profile bout in Lagos, ending his unbeaten run.
Terry G, known for hit songs like Free Madness and Akpako, rose to fame in the early 2000s and remains a notable figure in Nigeria’s street music culture.
