Popular financial commentator and social media personality, Gehgeh, has advised activist VeryDarkMan to abandon his new power bank and power station business, warning that it could undermine his activism.

Gehgeh gave the advice after a 40-foot container containing VeryDarkMan’s power banks and portable power stations reportedly arrived in Nigeria.
He argued that the business could put the activist in a position where he benefits from the country’s poor electricity supply because prolonged power outages drive demand for alternative power sources.
“If there is light, you may not be able to sell your power banks and power stations,” he said.
Gehgeh suggested that VeryDarkMan should venture into construction instead, claiming that his large online following and public trust could help him secure government contracts.
He also advised him to sell the power products to businessman B-Lord and return to his activism and online advocacy.
VeryDarkMan recently ventured into the alternative power market under his Ratel brand, targeting Nigerians who struggle with unreliable electricity supply.
