Nigerian comedian and content creator, Broda Shaggi, has returned to social media months after he was reportedly shot while filming in Ogun State.

The skit maker had been absent from social media since March 2026, following the incident at Sango-Ota Bridge. The shooting was reported on March 13, after he was taken to a private hospital in the Alakuko area of Lagos State.
In an emotional video shared on his Instagram page late Tuesday, Broda Shaggi revealed that the incident occurred on March 9, describing it as “a day in my life I wished never happened.”
He also shared footage of himself being rushed to the hospital with gunshot injuries and visible blood stains.
The comedian said he would give a detailed account of the shooting on Wednesday, months after the incident sparked concern among his fans over his health and whereabouts.
