PromiseLand Estate, led by Chief Executive Officer Amb. Lawrence Emmanuel MON, has announced plans for a proposed 22-storey luxury development, Tri Tower Abuja, in the Federal Capital Territory’s Central Business District.
The project is designed to combine residential, commercial, hospitality and recreational facilities in one location, targeting residents, businesses and property investors.
According to the developers, the proposed tower will feature serviced studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, alongside four-bedroom penthouses. Planned amenities include rooftop restaurants and lounges, retail and entertainment spaces, a swimming pool, a gym and wellness centre.
The development is also expected to provide commercial offices and short-let accommodation, offering potential investment opportunities in Abuja’s luxury property market.
