Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has alleged that attempts have been made to arrest him over complaints reportedly filed by individuals involved in his ongoing feud with fellow rapper Blaqbonez.

The rapper made the claim during a recent concert while revisiting his dispute with Blaqbonez, whom he has previously accused of sexual abuse.
In June, Odumodublvck alleged on X that Blaqbonez was a sexual abuser and accused sections of the Nigerian music industry of shielding him. The allegations followed reports of a petition by a woman against Blaqbonez.
Blaqbonez denied the allegations, describing them as false and defamatory. He said the matter arose from a private relationship that had ended and stated that his legal team was taking steps to protect him against what he described as harassment and defamation.
The dispute later took a legal turn after Blaqbonez, through his lawyers, demanded ₦2.55 billion from Odumodublvck over the allegations. The demand included ₦2 billion in general damages, ₦500 million in aggravated damages, and ₦50 million in legal costs.
Despite the legal threat, Odumodublvck maintained that he stood by his allegations.
At the concert, he alleged that the police had attempted to arrest him several times because of reports allegedly made against him.
He also accused veteran musicians M.I. Abaga and Ice Prince, among others, of protecting an alleged sexual abuser.
“They’re trying to cover up a sexual abuser,” he alleged, adding that the individuals involved would not succeed in silencing him.
There is no independent confirmation that the police attempted to arrest Odumodublvck over the dispute, and the sexual-abuse allegations against Blaqbonez have not been established in court.
