Veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu has appealed to the public for financial assistance to fund three life-saving surgeries, revealing she needs ₦30 million for treatment.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, Nwosu said she has been hospitalized for three weeks and is struggling to cover the rising medical costs.
“My fans, my family… I’ve been in the hospital for weeks now. It has gone beyond my control. I need your help,” she said.
The actress, visibly emotional, urged supporters not to abandon her during the difficult period, adding that she is in severe pain and urgently requires the procedures.
She called on well-wishers to reach out to her management team for details on how to contribute.
In a caption accompanying the video, Nwosu acknowledged the difficulty of publicly seeking help but said her condition left her with no choice.
“The total amount needed is ₦30,000,000. Please support if you can,” she wrote, while also asking people to share her message.
She concluded with prayers for her supporters, expressing hope that others would not experience similar health challenges.
