Fola Tinubu, the former wife of Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin’s husband, has accused the actress of years of alleged bullying, threats, and emotional distress, vowing not to remain silent.

Fola, a mother of four, made the allegations in a lengthy Instagram post on Monday, recounting events following Anjorin’s marriage to her former husband in 2020.
She said she learnt about the marriage online when her second youngest child was barely three months old and subsequently struggled to obtain support from her former husband.
Fola also alleged that she faced threats involving N10 million, was forced to leave an apartment rented by her former husband, and had the paternity of her children questioned.
On the paternity dispute, she said she pursued legal steps concerning DNA testing but claimed her former husband did not attend as expected. She added that she had been involved in court proceedings in Lagos and Abuja, with some cases still ongoing.
The mother of four maintained that her actions were not aimed at winning back her former husband but at protecting her children and seeking justice.
“You may be able to tell your side of the story, but I also have a story to tell. You cannot erase my experiences by presenting yourself as the only victim,” she wrote.
Fola said she had evidence to support her claims and would continue to pursue the matter through legal channels.
Anjorin reacted to the controversy in a separate Instagram post but did not directly address all of Fola’s allegations, instead making claims involving actress Iyabo Ojo. The claims have not been independently verified.
