Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton has predicted a 3-1 victory for Chelsea over Tottenham Hotspur in this weekend’s Premier League fixtures.
Sutton also expects Arsenal to beat Everton 2-0 and Manchester City to defeat Aston Villa 2-1 in the Matchday Eight fixtures.
According to his predictions published by BBC Sport, Ipswich Town will draw 1-1 with Nottingham Forest in Friday’s opening match.
Chelsea will host Tottenham at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, while Arsenal welcomes Everton to the Emirates Stadium. Sutton expects Chelsea and Arsenal to secure home victories.
He also predicts a 1-3 defeat for Liverpool against Brighton and a 1-2 loss for Manchester United against Bournemouth on Sunday.
Sutton’s other predictions are:
