Nollywood actress Adebimpe Oyebade has dismissed viral allegations of paternity fraud involving her children, describing the claims as false and malicious.

The controversy began after an X (formerly Twitter) user alleged that her husband, actor Lateef Adedimeji, had filed for divorce following a hospital incident that supposedly raised questions about the paternity of their triplets. The post further claimed that a DNA test showed Adedimeji was not the biological father.
Reacting via her Instagram Story on Tuesday, Oyebade strongly refuted the claims, warning those spreading the rumours to desist or face legal consequences.
“I don’t want to hear ‘justice for whoever’ when I take action,” she wrote. “You’ve trolled me for years, but I will not tolerate bringing my children into it.”
She also accused the originators of the claim of sharing fabricated stories and manipulated images, describing the act as “effrontery.”
As of press time, there is no verified evidence supporting the allegations, and the couple has not publicly indicated any marital dispute.
